Every credit card line has its invoice.
Forward your invoices to your own Pairoli address. Upload your statement at the end of the month. Pairoli matches everything and builds one PDF for your bookkeeper.

How it works
Three steps. Once a month.
You don’t have to remember anything. Come back after a month and Pairoli tells you the next step.
-
Forward
Forward every invoice to your own Pairoli address. Or let Pairoli fetch them from your suppliers.
-
Upload your statement
At the end of the month, drop in your credit card statement as PDF or CSV. Pairoli reads every line.
-
PDF to your bookkeeper
Pairoli matches every line to an invoice and shows what’s missing. Done? One PDF with everything in it.
New: works with your AI assistant
Let Claude find your missing receipts.
Connect Pairoli to Claude over MCP. Ask for the missing invoices and your assistant searches your mail and your suppliers. Whatever it finds lands straight in Pairoli.
- Searches your inbox and supplier portals
- Runs in your own browser: Pairoli never sees your passwords
- Only fetches what’s newer than what you already have

Found and submitted
Found 25 of the 40 and added them to Pairoli. For the other 15 I’ve prepared a list to request from your suppliers.
Smart where it can be. You decide where it matters.
Pairoli does the boring work. When it’s unsure, it asks you, and remembers your answer for next time.
Automatic matching
Amount, date and supplier are compared. Even when the shop on your statement has a different name than on the invoice.

Frequently asked questions
Can’t find your question? Email us, we reply within one business day.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. You upload your credit card statement yourself, as PDF or CSV. Pairoli never gets access to your bank account.
Which credit cards are supported?
Credit card statements from Rabobank, ABN AMRO and ING (issued through ICS) are read as PDF. For bunq and Revolut you upload the CSV export. Other banks usually work too through our general reader; if not, we’ll help you out.
What if an invoice doesn’t arrive by email?
Upload it on the line, or let your AI assistant fetch it from services that keep invoices in a portal.
Does this replace my accounting software?
No. Pairoli works alongside your accounting software and makes sure your bookkeeper gets everything complete. The bookkeeping itself still happens in Moneybird, Exact or whatever your bookkeeper uses.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled every month. Choose yearly and you pay for ten months.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Let us know and we’ll delete your account with all your invoices and statements. A button to export everything yourself is on its way.
