Your records stay in Europe.
Invoices and credit card statements say a lot about your business. That’s why we keep them within the EU, use as few outside providers as possible, and publish exactly which ones.

Hosted in the EU
- The app runs on servers in the EU. Files are stored in Frankfurt, email runs through Mailgun’s EU region, error reports through Sentry in Frankfurt.

European AI, as little data as possible
- For reading invoices and doubtful matches we only use Mistral from France. We strip IBANs, email addresses, phone numbers and addresses from the text first, and send as little as possible.

No bank connection
- You upload your statement yourself. Pairoli never gets access to your bank account or credit card.

AI assistant without passwords
- The connection with Claude runs over OAuth 2.1. Invoices are fetched in your own browser; Pairoli stores no supplier credentials.

Sensitive data kept out of error reports
- Invoice text, statement lines, merchant names and email addresses are filtered out of error reports before they leave our system.

Encrypted PDF passwords
- If you set a default password for protected invoices, we store it encrypted.

Two-factor authentication
- Protect your account with an authenticator app, with recovery codes in case you lose your phone.
