Feature · Missing invoices
Know exactly which invoices are still missing.
No more emails from your bookkeeper asking “am I missing anything?”. Pairoli shows per statement which lines are still open, where you usually find that invoice, and helps you fetch it.
How it works
-
Open lines at a glance
After matching you only see the lines that still need an invoice. Matched lines are collapsed.
-
Hints per supplier
Every open line shows where to get the invoice: a link to the supplier’s customer portal, or a recipe to fetch it automatically.
-
Fetch or close
Upload the invoice on the line, let your AI assistant find it, or close the line with a note when no invoice exists.
What you can do with it
- A list for your suppliers
- Download every missing line as CSV, with date, amount and supplier. Handy to request them all at once.
- Ready-made AI prompt
- One click gives you a prompt with every missing line, the supplier domains and your forwarding address. Paste it into your AI assistant and let it search.
- Weekly reminder
- Team owners get a short weekly email with the lines that are still open, so nothing gets left behind.
- Worklist on your overview
- Your overview always shows what still needs doing, across all your statements.
Questions about this feature
What if a line really has no invoice?
Close the line with a note, for example “personal” or “parking meter”. That note is included in the PDF for your bookkeeper.
Can I see which supplier is missing most often?
Yes. The list of missing lines reads per supplier, and for recurring suppliers you can switch on a fetch recipe.
How often do I get the reminder?
Once a week, only when lines are open, and only to team owners.
