Feature · Splits and refunds
Even when it’s not one-to-one.
Not every line has exactly one invoice. A booking with two invoices, or a refund that cancels an earlier purchase: Pairoli simply accounts for it.
How it works
-
Add an extra invoice
More than one invoice for a line? Add them to that line’s list.
-
Refunds get paired
A refund is automatically linked to the original purchase, so both lines add up.
-
Tidy in the PDF
Extra invoices appear in the PDF right after that line’s first invoice, and are listed on the cover page.
What you can do with it
- Several invoices per line
- Typical for hotels, travel and marketplaces. Attach as many as needed.
- Automatic refund pairing
- For every credit line Pairoli looks for the charge it reverses.
- Review loose credits
- If Pairoli finds no matching charge, the credit line goes to “review” instead of missing.
Questions about this feature
Can one invoice belong to two lines?
Pairoli matches invoices per line. For an invoice that covers two charges, match it to the line it fits best and explain the second with a note.
What if a refund falls in the next month?
Then the credit line shows up for review on that month’s statement. Close it with a note referring to the original purchase.
