Feature · Forwarding address
Forward it, and forget it.
Every team gets its own email address. Send invoices to it, or set up a rule in Gmail or Outlook that does it for you. Pairoli pulls the invoice out of every email, even without an attachment.
How it works
-
Copy your address
You’ll find your personal Pairoli address in the app. Save it as a contact, or set up a filter for your regular suppliers.
-
Forward
Forward the email with the invoice. Attachment, download link or an invoice in the email body: it doesn’t matter.
-
Ready for the statement
Pairoli reads supplier, date and amount from the invoice. When you upload your statement later, everything is waiting.
What you can do with it
- Attachments, links and HTML emails
- PDF attachments are processed right away. If the email only has a download link, Pairoli fetches the PDF. If the email itself is the invoice, it’s turned into a PDF.
- Protected PDFs
- Getting invoices with a password? Set one default password, or enter it per invoice. Pairoli unlocks them and keeps a readable copy.
- No duplicate invoices
- Forwarded the same invoice twice? Pairoli recognises it and stores it only once.
- New address when you want
- Getting spam, or want a fresh start for another reason? Request a new address in one click.
Questions about this feature
Can I set up automatic forwarding?
Yes. In Gmail or Outlook, create a filter on your supplier’s sender address that forwards to your Pairoli address.
What if an email contains several invoices?
Every PDF attachment becomes its own invoice. You don’t have to forward them separately.
Can colleagues forward too?
Yes. Anyone who knows the address can send invoices, including colleagues with their own card.

Several invoices for one line, and refunds that cancel themselves out.
-
