Pairoli compares the amount, date and supplier of every line with the invoices you forwarded. What’s certain gets matched. Where Pairoli is unsure, you get a suggestion you accept in one click.
How it works

Read the statement
Upload your credit card statement. Pairoli reads every line: date, description, amount and, where present, the original foreign-currency amount.

Find candidates
For every line Pairoli looks for invoices with a matching amount around that date, and scores them on supplier, amount and date.

Match or suggest
A clear winner is matched right away. Doubtful cases get a suggestion with an explanation of why.
What you can do with it
- Recognises suppliers
- “PAYPAL *ADOBESYSTEM” and “Adobe Systems Software Ireland” are the same. Pairoli recognises suppliers by name, domain and VAT number, and learns from your choices.
- Suggestions when unsure
- With two possible invoices you see the best candidate with a short explanation. Accept in one click, or step through every suggestion with the keyboard.
- European AI as referee
- Only when the rules can’t decide does Pairoli ask Mistral, a European AI, for a second opinion. The answer is always checked against your own invoices.
- Always up to date
- Invoice arrives later? Pairoli matches it to the open line automatically. You don’t have to restart anything.
Questions about this feature
How accurate is automatic matching?
For subscriptions and regular suppliers nearly everything is matched automatically. Doubtful cases are never matched silently: you get a suggestion you confirm yourself.
What if the amount is slightly different?
If the amount is right to within a few cents, Pairoli matches right away. For an invoice in another currency, Pairoli converts with the ECB daily rate and accepts a small difference, because your bank uses a slightly different rate.
Does my data go to an American AI?
No. Pairoli only uses Mistral, a European company, and only for the doubtful cases.
