Pairoli started as an internal tool at Marshmallow. Every month our business credit card was full of subscriptions, tools and travel, and every month our bookkeeper asked for the invoices. That had to change.
We tried accounting software, receipt apps and a shared spreadsheet. They all did something, but none answered the question our bookkeeper asked: does every line on this statement have an invoice?
So we built Pairoli around exactly that question. Invoices arrive at one address, the statement is matched line by line, and what remains is a short list. Today we close our own credit card every month in a few minutes.
